By booking or using the transportation services of Elite Legacy Transport ("we," "us," "our"), you ("you," "the customer," or "passenger") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide private, pre-arranged ground transportation in the Orlando, Florida area and surrounding regions, including airport transfers, theme-park and resort transfers, cruise-port transfers, and hourly charters. All rides are by reservation. The vehicle shown on our website is representative; we may provide a comparable luxury vehicle of equal or greater passenger capacity.
A booking request submitted through our website or by phone is a request to reserve service. Your reservation is confirmed only once the required deposit (or full payment) has been successfully processed and acknowledged. We may decline or cancel a booking we are unable to fulfill, in which case any amount paid for that booking is refunded.
Flat-rate fares are quoted per vehicle (not per person) and include applicable road tolls and standard meet-and-greet. Quoted prices do not include gratuity; a 20% gratuity is customary and is not automatically added. Additional stops, extended wait time, or itinerary changes may incur additional charges, disclosed before they apply where reasonably possible. Round-trip fares are calculated at the rate shown at the time of booking.
To confirm a reservation, we collect a deposit of 25% of the quoted fare, or full payment, at the time of booking. Payments are processed by our third-party processor, Stripe. By paying a deposit, you authorize Elite Legacy Transport to securely store your payment method with Stripe and to automatically charge the remaining balance to that same payment method after your trip is completed. You may instead choose to pay the full fare at the time of booking. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
For airport pickups, we monitor your inbound flight and adjust the pickup time for delays at no extra charge when flight details are provided. We make reasonable efforts to provide timely service, but we do not guarantee specific arrival or travel times and are not liable for delays, missed connections, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or other force-majeure events.
Passengers must provide accurate pickup details and be ready at the scheduled time. Seat belts must be worn. Smoking and illegal activity are prohibited. Passengers are responsible for damage they cause to the vehicle beyond normal use, and cleaning or repair fees may apply. We may refuse or terminate service for unsafe, abusive, or unlawful behavior without refund.
Complimentary child seats (infant, convertible, and booster) are available on request and should be requested at the time of booking. Vehicle luggage capacity is stated per vehicle; please tell us about oversized or excess luggage in advance so we can accommodate it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Legacy Transport's total liability arising out of or relating to any ride is limited to the amount paid for that ride. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We maintain commercial vehicle insurance and operate in accordance with applicable local and state requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
