This Privacy Policy explains how Elite Legacy Transport ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and transportation services.
When you book or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, flight number (if provided), passenger count, and any special requests. If you message us through the site, we collect the contents of that message.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full card number on our servers. Stripe provides us with a secure token and limited details (such as a payment-method reference) needed to process your deposit and, with your authorization, the remaining balance after your trip. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
We use your information to: provide and confirm your transportation; dispatch and coordinate with your chauffeur; process payments; send booking confirmations, receipts, and service updates by email, SMS, or push notification; respond to inquiries; and keep records required for our business and legal obligations.
If you opt in, we send web-push notifications such as booking confirmations and status updates. You can turn these off at any time in your browser or device settings.
We share information only as needed to provide our service, including with: Stripe (payment processing), Google Maps (address lookup and autocomplete), and our email and SMS providers (to deliver confirmations and driver notifications). We do not sell your personal information.
Our site uses cookies and local storage to keep administrators signed in, remember preferences, and enable app-like features through a service worker (such as offline support and notifications). You can clear or block these in your browser, though some features may stop working.
We retain booking and transaction records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them.
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and a PCI-compliant payment processor, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may opt out of marketing messages and push notifications at any time. We honor requests as required by applicable law.
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Child safety seats may be booked by the adult making the reservation.
